Pacilantic prepares its packages and shipments very carefully to ensure safe delivery. We use UPS as our shipping carrier. The lead-time is 21 days. We insure every single Purchase Order, therefore, if there is any damage caused by shipping please keep the original package for the UPS inspection. We can not replace just one piece or part of a mural because of the unique outline and the color won't be matched exactly. We need another Purchase Order to replace the damaged mural. Just give us a call and we will inform UPS for the inspection.
